"We know people care about the environment”

But many consumers don't realize they have a choice on using recycled paper, it's estimated that:

One million trees would be saved if every U.S. household replaced just one 250-count package of virgin fiber napkins with 100 percent recycled ones.

544,000 trees would be saved by replacing a 70-sheet roll of virgin fiber paper towels.

424,000 trees would be spared by replacing a 500-sheet roll of virgin fiber toilet paper.

170,000 trees would be saved by replacing one 175-count box of virgin fiber facial tissue.

FAQ's Page

Q: Can any consumer or business participate?
A: Both ‘Adopt a Tree’ and Plant a Tree for Me’  programs are available to anyone or any business that wishes to participate.

Q: Can planting a tree really make a difference?
A: Yes, over an average 70 year lifespan of a tree, it will trap about 1.3 tons of CO2 from the atmosphere. That is roughly the emissions that would result from a road trip from Maine to California. That more than offsets the carbon emitted from the production of electricity used to power a computer during its average life span.

Q: What types of trees are planted?
A: We plant native trees and they are planted across the country in suitable land for future forests.

Q: How do you ensure us the trees needed to sequester the carbon will be planted?
A: We work with sponsors directly and show them project results which are properly analyzed and documented. The forestation methodologies and results are 3rd-party audited to confirm and accredit the emissions reductions.
